Shipping & Delivery
1.) In order to ensure efficient and prompt Deliveries, orders are shipped through reputed courier companies and if there is no courier service available in your area, we may try to ship your items via Government Registered Book post or Speed post.
2.) Orders are shipped from our side mostly on the same day or next day. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays.
3.) Agrawalsdelight.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product's packaging is not damaged or tampered. If You observe that the package is damaged or tampered, request You to refuse to accept delivery and inform Agrawalsdelight.com at the earliest. The return process of the product may be restricted by Agrawalsdelight.com depending on the nature and category of the product.
In order to return any products sold through the Website, You are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions, viz:

5. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit.

In the event the return of a product is duly accepted by Agrawalsdelight.com, the value of such product, as originally paid by you during acceptance of delivery of product or otherwise, will be refunded to you.
